Policies

Deposit

Initial deposit of 2 nights rate plus 6% reservations fee + tax is due at time of booking. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation

Reservations cancelled (or nights reduced) 61 days or more prior to arrival, will be charged a $50 cancellation fee plus forfeiture of the non-refundable reservations fee of 6% + tax. Reservations cancelled 60-46 days prior to arrival will forfeit the initial deposit of 2 nights and the non-refundable reservations fee+tax. Reservations cancelled (or nights reduced) 45 days or less prior to arrival are non-refundable.
